Using the HAN Role-based Administration function, you can provide access to different areas of the HAN software based on roles. The following roles are assumed:• **Server Administrator (sysadmin):**The server administrator can access the server directly via RDP service and manage the system. • **HAN Administrator:**HAN system administrators can access content management components (e-script administration, etc.) via a locally installed client. Direct access to the server (RDP or UNC) is not required.• **Statistics Administrator:**The statistics administrator has full access to all components of the Statistics program.• **Statistics Calculator:**This role allows the calculation of statistical data based on preliminary statements; e.g. "statistics of the current quarter", but does not allow changing the calculation criteria.• **Statistical Reports:**This function only allows acquiring access rights to completed reports; calculations cannot be performed. Thanks to this option, it is not necessary to export and send tables separately.
