HAN meets all requirementsIn May 2018, the new EU General Data Protection Regulation finally enters into force, replacing all hitherto valid national data protection regulations. The EU General Data Protection Regulation also regulates data protection requirements for software. There are two procedures to follow:

• Privacy by Design - Data protection via technical design (technical and organizational measures)
• Privacy by Default - Privacy protection via environment-friendly default setups

HAN already satisfies the requirements of the European Data Protection Regulation regarding data economy and data avoidance. You can use well-documented HAN security features to guarantee data security (authentication, anonymization and monitoring / logging). Starting the second half of the year, we will provide our customers with an HAN-specific template for the required procedural documentation.
